A developer is on the verge of completing a new 45-story residential tower in Jersey City, as it prepares to begin leasing for the building’s nearly 450 high-end apartments.
Known as Vantage, the project by Fisher Development Associates is set to open in late spring at 33 Park View Ave. It will be the latest addition to the city’s rapidly growing downtown and its Paulus Hook and Van Vorst neighborhoods.
The glass exterior will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Hudson River, Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty, Fisher said in a news release. Renters will have access to amenities such as 24-hour concierge, swimming pool and a cyber café.
At the time of its groundbreaking in 2015, the project was slated to be the first of two high-rises by Fisher within Jersey City’s Liberty Harbor North district. The Purchase, New York-based firm has built other properties on the Gold Coast including Liberty Terrace, Liberty Towers and Crystal Point.
With units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, rents are expected to start around $2,115, the news release said. Fisher has tapped The Marketing Directors to oversee leasing at the 448-unit building.
