A joint venture is nearing completion of a new luxury apartment complex in Old Bridge, seeking to lure renters with a long list of amenities and access to a host of nearby highways.
BNE Real Estate Group, LPZ and Sterling Properties say the property, 99 Bridge, will bring new one- and two-bedroom homes to a site at 99 Old Amboy Road that is minutes from Route 9, Route 18 and The Garden State Parkway. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the community is set to open in August
“We’re just weeks away from opening the doors to 99 Bridge and showcasing all that this exceptional new living experience has to offer,” said Marc Pantirer, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group. “We’ve witnessed the pent-up demand for amenity-rich, maintenance-free living in this area, and believe our modern residences, indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities, and easily accessible location will resonate with discerning residents.”
The developers will debut 99 Bridge with features such as a two-story resident lounge, a high-end fitness facility with virtual training technology, a co-working lounge with private offices and a coffee bar, among others. Outdoors, residents will have access to a pool, grills, an outdoor bar and fire pits.
BNE also pointed to the site’s proximity to the Jersey Shore, NJ Transit and Academy Bus service to New York and recreational offerings such as Cheesequake State Park and Old Bridge Waterfront Park.
