Two companies have combined to lease nearly 5,700 square feet of office space in Parsippany, becoming the latest tenants at a recently upgraded building in the township.
Brokerage firm NAI James E. Hanson represented Commercial Realty Group, the landlord at 111 Littleton Road, in the transactions with RealSafe Title LLC and Bluebird Auto Rental Systems Inc. The two occupiers committed to 4,078 and 1,619 square feet, respectively, thanks in part to renovations at the 36,289-square-foot property at interstates 80 and 287.
“It is becoming increasingly difficult for small and medium-sized office tenants to locate a modern building with smaller footprints to accommodate their specific needs,” NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering said. “CRG took note of this trend and worked tirelessly during the building’s renovation to provide a modern hi-tech building offering turn-key solutions for tenants like RealSafe and Bluebird.
“Both these office spaces were built-to-suit and specific to their needs in terms of layout and amenities. CRG’s welcoming of these tenants to 111 Littleton is reflective of their deep understanding of the northern New Jersey business community and the strong demand for modern office space in adaptable buildings such as this.”
RealSafe Title, which provides title services, selected 111 Littleton as part of its ongoing growth in New Jersey. Bluebird Auto Rental Systems, meantime, provides software and hardware products for car rental businesses of all sizes, having been acquired by Valsoft in 2018, and relocated from Dover with plans to use the space for an administrative call center.
CRG’s recent improvements at the three-story building include a new façade, a new two-story atrium, surplus parking, new restrooms, updated mechanicals and fully upgraded common areas.
