A development team has opened its 91-unit luxury apartment property in Newark’s bustling North Ironbound neighborhood.
The builders, T. Gary Gutjahr and J. Gordon Gutjahr, recently debuted the boutique building at 325 Ferry St., offering a collection of high-end amenities and retail space that includes a sports bar and pet grooming salon. The property is among the latest additions to Newark’s market-rate residential stock, offering two-bedroom homes with more than 1,100 square feet of living space.
“We are proud to introduce such a high-quality community to the New Jersey luxury rental market and thrilled that so many renters are choosing to make 325 Ferry Street their home,” T. Gary Gutjahr said. “The North Ironbound neighborhood is incredible. Renters enjoy a considerable value when compared to areas like downtown Jersey City and Hoboken, while receiving all of the benefits that have made those neighborhoods popular over the years.”
