Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has tapped a regional management firm to oversee its residential holdings in Bergen and Middlesex counties.
The Hackensack-based owner and operator announced Monday that it has retained Kriegman & Smith Inc. for the assignment, which covers 540 units across seven properties. The company will provide leasing, maintenance and property management services for the portfolio of high-rise and garden-style units.
Sanzari cited Kriegman’s five decades of experience with all property types throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
“Over the years, we’ve been committed to upholding the long-standing reputation we’ve built for superior tenant service and long-term tenant retention across our residential portfolio,” said Ryan Sanzari, chief operating officer of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “We’re excited to partner with Kriegman & Smith to continue to provide the quality and level of service our tenants have come to expect from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
“We’re certain that Kriegman & Smith’s expertise will not only transform our residential leasing strategy but also ensure our current tenants feel at home in our residential communities for years to come.”
Kriegman’s newest assignment will span properties such as The Ivanhoe, one of the first luxury apartment buildings built in Hackensack’s Hill section. Sanzari’s residential properties also include Greenway Village, a 49-unit complex in Metuchen, and Nottingham Manor, a garden apartment community in Montvale.
“With a shared commitment to superior resident service, we look forward to collaborating with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises to continue to elevate the resident experience across their diverse residential portfolio,” said Jeffrey Smith, partner with Roseland-based Kriegman & Smith. “Our decades of experience, hands-on approach and expertise with similar residential assets will enable our team to execute a tailored strategy that drives results for these properties.”
