A joint venture has unveiled a new 260-unit luxury apartment complex in Jersey City, the latest addition to an emerging neighborhood just west of the Holland Tunnel.
The firms — BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties — have launched leasing at the project known as The Enclave. Located at 675 Monmouth St., in a formerly industrial area just south of Hoboken, the property has layouts ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, with overall rents starting at $2,150.
“This is an exciting new neighborhood that makes city-centric living so desired,” said Jonathan Schwartz, a partner at BNE. “There’s a burgeoning blend of community-oriented retail and services here, including a new highly touted restaurant/lounge, daycare facility, yoga studio and an art and theatre venue.”
The developers are also touting more than 40,000 square feet of amenity space within the six-story building. Residents benefit from the site’s proximity to the Holland Tunnel and the New Jersey Turnpike, along with a free shuttle service to the Hoboken transit station.
“We’re thrilled to now officially open the doors to The Enclave which adds a new, modern residential option to the mix that will complement the existing lifestyle offerings,” Schwartz added. “We look forward to welcoming our first residents.”

The Marketing Directors is overseeing leasing and marketing at the building, which was designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, private grilling areas and an outdoor bar and a fire pit, along with entertainment lounges, an arcade and game room, co-working spaces and conference room.
The property also houses a fitness center with virtual programs, a spin room, indoor/outdoor yoga areas, a private massage room and resident locker rooms.
“To fully maximize the resident experience, we’re offering 24-hour concierge, Amazon package lockers, pet concierge services through Bark Building and a Lyft partnership and pickup location,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors.
In conjunction with the opening of The Enclave, the development team is introducing two new public parks that will feature a children’s playground and dog run.
