A court reporting agency has renewed its lease of more than 20,000 square feet at a Livingston office building, in the largest of several newly announced deals by CBRE.
The brokerage team said it represented the landlord, Eastman Cos., in several transactions at properties in northern New Jersey. They include the 20,358-square-foot renewal by Veritext, the court reporting agency, which maintains its headquarters at 290 West Mount Pleasant Ave.
CBRE’s Erin Wenzler, Jon Meisel and Dan Casey spearheaded the deal on Eastman’s behalf, while the firm’s Greg Barkan and Remy deVarenne represented the tenant. The leasing team also brokered deals at 354 Eisenhower Parkway in the township, where RMG CPA and Lepore Taylor Fox LLP took 11,302 and 4,082 square feet, respectively.
Jeff Heller and Drew Persson of Avison Young represented RMG, while the firm’s Judith Troiano represented Lepore Taylor.

In fact, Eastman Companies has increased occupancy at its Livingston and Florham Park properties since the pandemic began.”
Other deals by the team of Wenzler, Meisel and Casey include a 3,478-square-foot lease by Jewish Community Housing Corp. at Eastman’s 651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave., also in Livingston, according to a news release. Jeremy Neuer, formerly of CBRE, represented the tenant.
At another Eastman-owned property, 23 Vreeland Road in Florham Park, NuGen Packaging committed to 2,263 square feet, while Benefex Benefit Consulting expanded within the building by 2,434 square feet. CBRE’s Peter Shikar and Kingsbridge ERA’s Mark Twentyman represented the respective tenants.
