A chimney services company has purchased a 4,400-square-foot industrial building in South Hackensack, according to a broker with NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, Approved Chimney LLC, completed the deal at 38 Leuning St. after searching for a new location in Bergen County, according to a news release. NAI Hanson’s David M. Ukleja represented the buyer in the transaction with the seller, Gesst Management Inc., which was represented by Lori Zuck, Jeffrey Furey and Joseph Komitor of Lee & Associates New Jersey.
The broker noted that 38 Leuning St. has one drive-in and on-site parking, while it’s located near the intersections of Route 17 and Interstate 80 and is close to Route 46 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
“Competition for industrial real estate in northern New Jersey is extremely intense due to a lack of quality space available in the market,” Ukleja said. “The high population density in the area lends a great opportunity for users to reach their clientele, but there must be a fit between property and business for the benefits to be realized. We’re proud to be able to provide the services needed to sift through the market and find spaces that can fit the unique needs of our clients to help their businesses expand and prosper.”
