Three restaurants have combined to lease nearly 6,000 square feet at a Florham Park shopping center, in a series of deals announced by The Goldstein Group.
In the largest of the transactions, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill committed to 2,035 square feet at 182 Ridgedale Ave., the brokerage firm said. Meantime, Jersey Mike’s and Playa Bowls are leasing 1,950 and 1,980 square feet, respectively.
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein and President Chuck Lanyard represented the landlord, Flo Park Associates LLC, while Goldstein also represented The Great Greek. Jarrad Coletta of Coletta Commercial represented Jersey Mike’s.
The deals bring the shopping center to full occupancy, the brokerage said.
“The Florham Park area is a prime location for each of these tenants,” The Goldstein Group wrote in its announcement. “The strong daytime population and the surrounding communities of Morristown, Madison and Chatham all will be served by the tenants.”
