A nonprofit has moved its headquarters to a nearly 900-square-foot space in the Camden County township of Gloucester, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.

Located in the town’s Blackwood section, at 141-153 South Black Horse Pike, the new space provides Destination Imagination Inc. with easy access to Route 55, the Atlantic City Expressway and the New Jersey Turnpike. Vantage Commercial’s Emily Stein represented the tenant in the 880-square-foot lease with Dr. Syd Tyson, the landlord at what’s known as Blackwood Medical Center.

In announcing the deal, the brokerage firm said Destination Imagination provides educational experiences across seven project-based challenge types: technical, scientific, engineering, fine arts, improvisational, service learning and early learning.

“Destination Imagination is well-positioned for success and growth at the Blackwood Medical complex,” said Stein, Vantage Commercial’s director of health care services. “This company provides an incredible service to our community’s children and educators, made even more necessary throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a pleasure working with Kevin to source this space for this incredible company.”
