A community organization has signed a nearly 6,300-square-foot lease renewal at a Pennsauken office building, according to a brokerage team with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
With the deal, the nonprofit Community Planning & Advocacy Council will remain in place at the Kevon Office Center at 2500 McClellan Blvd. WCRE Vice President Bethany Brown represented the tenant, citing the property’s location at the Route 70 intersection, six minutes from downtown Philadelphia and within walking distance of Cooper River Park.
The organization, which occupies 6,282 square feet, convenes the community to plan around specific target populations and systems coordination, conducts procurement processes for local, state and federal government funds, provides continuous quality improvement through monitoring and evaluation of funded services and data management information systems, according to a news release. WCRE noted that the group plans, advocates and coordinates the Camden County’s human services programs, working with more than 300 social service agencies, health agencies and public and private organizations.
