A joint venture has inked a nearly 58,000-square-foot industrial lease in Burlington County, securing a full-building commitment from an area pet store operator.
The landlords, affiliates of Endurance Real Estate Group LLC and PCCP, on Monday announced the transaction with Monster Pets at 601 Delran Parkway in Delran. The tenant is taking 57,930 square feet at the property, which is part of the Swedes Run Industrial Park and less than a mile from Route 130.
Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz represented Endurance and PCCP in the transaction.
“We are thrilled to accommodate Monster Pets’ growth within our portfolio,” said Albert J. Corr, a senior vice president at Radnor, Pennsylvania-based Endurance. “We recently purchased 601 Delran and the quick lease-up of this building is a testament to the building’s location and functionality. The Burlington County submarket remains extremely tight.”
Endurance and PCCP, a private equity firm, acquired 601 Delran Parkway earlier this year as part of a seven-building portfolio in Burlington and Gloucester counties.
