A 38,500-square-foot industrial building in Bergen County has changed hands, following a sale arranged by Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC.
The Paramus-based firm said recently that it represented the seller of the property, located at 16 Arrow Road in Ramsey. Equity Real Estate did not disclose the terms of the sale, nor did it identify the parties involved by name.
“Even in a strong industrial market, properties need to be appropriately marketed in order to create attraction,” the firm said in a prepared statement. “We worked closely with the owner to develop a strategy to effectively and efficiently market the property for sale. This strategy lead to receiving multiple offers, and ultimately, to the sale of the property.”
