ESA has promoted David Fullmer to vice president of technical services, in a move aimed at better supporting its growing staff and environmental services platform.
In a news release, the Middlesex-based firm said Fullmer brings more than 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, having spent four years with GTA and 13 years with EWMA before joining its ranks in August 2020 as director of technical services. He works closely with ESA’s licensed site remediation professionals and other senior staff to ensure that each project complies with Department of Environmental Protection regulations, while helping to guide clients through the agency’s Site Remediation Program.
“Dave’s depth and breadth of environmental experience, combined with his intelligent and practical approach to business organization were key in my decision to promote him to the position of vice president of technical services,” CEO Christopher Martell said. “I have 100 percent confidence that Dave’s technical and managerial skills will continue to propel ESA forward during this exciting time of growth in our company.”
