A tutoring business has leased 5,000 square feet for a new location in downtown Summit, in a deal arranged by Chilmark Real Estate Services and Jeffery Realty.
According to the brokers, Hilltop Tutoring Center will occupy the third floor at 33 Union Place in a building across from NJ Transit’s Summit station. Chilmark’s Michael Marchese represented the tenant, while Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty represented ownership.
The user joins other tenants at 33 Union including Pita Grill, Sushi Palace and Dunkin’, while the building is steps from a host of other shops and eateries in downtown Summit. Hilltop Tutoring is moving to the 15,000-square-foot property from another location.
