Environmental consulting firm EWMA is turning to two new formats — live sports and live streaming — to spread the word about its services.
The Parsippany-based firm on March 19 will host a VIP event at the Prudential Center in Newark, where it will tout a fixed-price remediation service known as SECUR-IT. The event, which will take place after the first period of a Devils game, will kick off a series known as CAP-IT Corner hosted by EWMA executives Don Richardson and Mike Sylvester
The company also plans to stream the program via Facebook.
“We are beyond proud with the positive impact of our SECUR-IT fixed price remediation program when it comes to helping companies with their bottom line,” said Richardson, EWMA’s president. “We thought hosting a live stream event would be the best way to let other companies in on this best-kept remediation secret.”
With the Devils set to host the Calgary Flames, EWMA expects to welcome executives from a broad spectrum of industries to one of the Prudential Center’s luxury suites. Richardson and Sylvester will kick off the CAP-IT Corner event with an in-depth rundown of SECUR-IT and how the firm’s fixed cost remediation program can benefit companies.
The event will be followed by a question and answer session from the crowd attending the event as well as the online audience.
“For us, doing a live event really allows us to connect with our clients about the issues they’ve experienced on past remediation projects,” said Sylvester, EWMA’s executive vice president. “Our hope is by answering these questions, we can alleviate concerns potential clients might have that would deter them from reaching out to us. And hey, it’s a live show at a New Jersey Devils game, so you never know what surprise guests might stop by.”
The program is part of what’s known as an Inner Circle event.
“Our hope is this type of event will turn into a regular occurrence,” Richardson said. “Plus, with the virtual component, companies won’t feel like they missed an opportunity if they are unable to attend.”
