A consumer reporting agency has purchased a former bank building in Atlantic County, in a transaction arranged by Vantage Commercial.
The business, National Credit Reporting Systems Inc., paid an undisclosed sum for the onetime Capital One branch at 245 Bellevue Ave. in Hammonton. It will move its business to the property after a deal brokered by Ken Richardson, an executive director with Vantage Commercial, and Aran Ploshansky, a director with the brokerage firm.
“We had a few strong tenants interested in the building for full occupancy and partial occupancy use,” Richardson said. “The deals were put on hold during the high point of the pandemic as users did not see value in signing at that time. We continued to tour and that is when I met Curt Knuth from NCS.”
