A new collection of 245 luxury condominiums in Long Branch is sold out, marking the latest milestone for the acclaimed Pier Village property.
Extell Development Co., which built the complex, said The Lofts Pier Village has attracted buyers with its high-end construction and a host of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Each home has ocean views, the developer noted, while residents also have immediate access to the vast collection of shops, restaurants and other services within the master-planned site.
“As buyers’ needs shifted during the pandemic, it came as no surprise that The Lofts Pier Village continued to experience a strong sales velocity and we couldn’t be happier to have reached this impressive milestone,” said Moshe Botnick, vice president of development at Extell. “Today’s buyer wants immediate access to fresh air, outdoor spaces and the ocean — all while being within close proximity to the conveniences of a city.
“In addition to impeccable finishes and surplus of amenities, we offered an amazing lifestyle where our residents can feel like they live on vacation year-round.”
Designed by Shore Point Architecture, with interiors by The Childs Dreyfus Group, The Lofts offers a 24-hour concierge, a modern fitness center and a residents’ lounge, among other amenities. It also features a one-and-a-half-acre private outdoor park and amenity deck that includes an outdoor lap pool and cabanas, a pool deck and a lounge area.
Residents, meantime, have access to Pier Village’s long list of retail and dining options and public recreation spaces such as an outdoor stage for live entertainment, a seasonal ice-skating rink, beachside shade structures and complimentary bike racks. The site is a 15-minute drive from Asbury Park and an hour’s drive from New York City, Extell said, while there is on-site shuttle service that takes residents to the nearby NJ Transit train station.
