Vita & Vita Realty Corp. has expanded its management footprint with new assignments at shopping centers in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina, the Fairfield-based firm announced.
The portfolios, which span 11 properties, total 900,000 square feet and are home to anchor tenants such as Aldi, Weis, Starbucks, Big Lots, Hobby Lobby and others, according to a news release. The centers are in Frederick, Maryland, as well as Yorktown, Harrisonburg and Danville, Virginia, and Raleigh, Cary, Thomasville, High Point, Shallotte and Southport, North Carolina.
Vita & Vita’s management and ownership portfolio now spans more than 2.1 million square feet across 25 retail and office properties in eight states. It also noted that, over the past three years, it developed three new centers in New Jersey — in Lincoln Park, Wayne and Randolph
