A family estate has sold a 47,000-square-foot commercial portfolio in Union Township, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
According to the brokerage firm, the properties include a mix of industrial, retail and office space comprising 1100 Morris Ave. and 971, 975 and 979 Lehigh Ave. The buyer, COS Warehouse, paid an undisclosed sum for the buildings.
BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt represented the estate of James & Mary Emiliani in the sale, while Weichert Commercial represented the buyer. In a news release, BRC noted that the portfolio is adjacent to NJ Transit’s Union station and near Route 22, the Garden State Parkway and Kean University, providing quick access to Newark Liberty International Airport, Port Newark-Elizabeth and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island.
