A fashion supplier has acquired a Hackensack industrial building for more than $3 million, in a deal that comes less than six months after it signed a lease at the property.
Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC announced that it represented the buyer, Advance Fashion, in its purchase of 105-111 State St. The supplier of women’s garments already occupies 22,526 as part of a lease announced in May with the former owner, Turabdin, in which it was also represented by Equity’s Steven N. Muller.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Pat Lennon represented the seller in the $3.25 million deal.
