An early education chain is expanding in Burlington County with the recent completion of a 10,000-square-foot lease, brokers with The Goldstein Group said Monday.
The retail real estate services firm represented Devimy Equities, the landlord at 4175 Route 130 in Edgewater Park, in the transaction with The Learning Experience. The building will be among the newest locations for the operator, which serves children from six weeks to six years of age and focuses on programs that advance scholastic preparation.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Mark Handwerker completed the assignment. Nick Vanella represented The Learning Experience.
“Children’s daycare centers have been opening more locations over the past few years,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “Due to families having two incomes there’s a need for someone to watch the young children and the daycare centers provide that opportunity and help them educate and learn.”
