The developer of 42 luxury condominiums in Long Branch is offering virtual sales appointments, as it nears completion and prepares to welcome residents to the beachfront property.
FEM South Beach Urban Renewal LLC, an affiliate of FEM Real Estate, said move-ins are scheduled for this month at South Beach at Long Branch. The firm is continuing its sales effort as the state recovers from the coronavirus outbreak, offering online tours, photos and videos that highlight the project’s homes and resort-style amenity spaces.
“While our sales team is practicing social distancing and working off site, they are available for virtual appointments to assist with all home buying needs,” said Deborah James, sales director for South Beach. “For serious buyers who are looking to make a decision quickly and want to physically see a unit, we will make special arrangements for a private tour while taking appropriate precautions including requiring masks and gloves to be worn by all.”
Located at 350 Ocean Ave., South Beach consists of two eight-story towers constructed of steel-reinforced concrete, which aims to provide durability, safety and energy efficiency, FEM said. The design also allows for flexibility across its range of two- to four-bedroom floorplans, along with duplexes and penthouses.
“The health and safety of our community is our primary concern,” FEM CEO Mimi Feliciano said. “In our current environment, we want to assure our prospective buyers that we’re taking proactive steps to keep construction at South Beach moving forward in a safe manner.”
Features include concierge services, security, private and semiprivate elevators and below-ground parking with two to three spaces per unit, according to a news release. South Beach also includes amenities such as private dining and personal wine storage with a full commercial kitchen, along with a Plaza West patio with gas grills and fireplaces, an infinity edge saltwater pool and raised sand deck.
