A business that sells clergy apparel has leased 8,000 square feet in Ewing that will serve as its new showroom and warehouse, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
According to the brokerage team, Divinity Clergy Wear is relocating to 20 Arctic Parkway under a transaction with property owner Hofing Management. The freestanding building will provide a location that is minutes from Route 1 and other highways, where it will offer a selection of suits, robes and other clerical wear.
Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and Corporate Real Estate Specialist Patrick Dintrone represented ownership. McCann Commercial Realty represented Divinity Clergy Wear, which is currently based in Hamilton.
“Properties that boast both a retail and warehousing component can be ideal for tenants hoping to maximize efficiency and easily get their products to customers,” Fennelly said. “We’re happy to once again provide real estate services to Hofing Management and wish Divinity Clergy Wear the best of luck in their new space.”
Fennelly noted that 20 Arctic Parkway, which has three overhead doors, is across the street from retail options such as Home Depot, Payless Shoes, GameStop, T-Mobile and others. The firm added that it has spearheaded multiple marketing and leasing campaigns for Hofing Management, having achieved 100 percent occupancy and completed deals exceeding 30,000 square feet in retail leasing across its portfolio.
