A salon suite studio has taken 9,000 square feet at a Toms River shopping center, in one of three newly announced leases by RIPCO Real Estate.
Brokers with the firm represented ownership in the deals at Seacourt Pavilion, a 248,677-square-foot complex at Bay Avenue and Hooper Avenue. The new tenant, Haven Salon Studios, joins anchors Marshall’s, HomeGoods and Ashley HomeStore and will use the store to allow independent beauty professionals to own their business within a larger commercial space.
RIPCO also secured a 2,500-square-foot lease with Learning Express, a specialty children’s toy, game and book retailer, Meantime, seasonal retailer Spirit Halloween, has signed a 28,000-square-foot temporary lease at Seacourt Pavilion.
Steven Winters and Mike Horne of RIPCO lead the leasing assignment.
“Located across the street from Ocean County’s only regional mall, the center is positioned in the heart of the Toms River trade area, providing high visibility to our tenants,” said Winters, an executive vice president at RIPCO. “As this area continues to be developed with the addition of new luxury residences, a Veterans Administration outpatient clinic and the redevelopment of the Ocean County Mall, we are confident current and future tenants will be able to maintain and grow their businesses within the regional community.”
