FirstService Residential has taken over as the full-service property manager for a 562-unit high-rise condominium complex in Secaucus.
The firm on Monday announced the new assignment at Harmon Cove Towers, a 25-story structure overlooking the Hackensack River. Built in 1980, the property has a fitness center, a social room, a playground and a 2,300-square-foot outdoor pool.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Harmon Cove Towers to the family,” said Michael Mendillo, president of FirstService Residential. “Our team’s experience and knowledge of the local market will ensure a successful partnership with this impressive property for years to come.”
The property manager also noted that the complex, which sits at 98 Harmon Cove Tower, is close to mass transit to New York City and shopping, dining and entertainment options.
“After some time with a different management company, the board recognized they required a partner with the depth of resources and support for their community manager,” said Arthur Bartikofsky, senior vice president with FirstService’s New Jersey team.
