The owners of a 184-unit condominium complex in East Brunswick have tapped FirstService Residential to manage the property.
Located off Ryders Lane, less than two miles from Route 1, the property known as Cedar Village is made up of five buildings that are two, three or four stories tall, according to a news release. The assignment for FirstService Residential will also include the community’s 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with rooms for parties, card games and billiards, as well as a library, a gym and an entertainment center, among other amenities.
“We are thrilled that the Cedar Village board selected to partner with FirstService Residential,” said Donna Fiore, a senior vice president with the firm’s condo and homeowners association unit. “They sought a management company with the required level of resources and the depth of support for their manager. The board is confident in our ability to guide them with their strategic and financial planning for the future.”
