The firm on Tuesday announced the new agreement with the Greenbriar Woodlands Homeowners Association, which represents 1,250 single-family homes at 1 Kensington Circle. In addition to full-service management, FirstService will now offer maintenance and janitorial services.
“We’re thrilled to grow our partnership with Greenbriar Woodlands,” said Michael Mendillo president of FirstService Residential. “Our team’s vast experience and commitment to delivering exceptional service in all we do, coupled with the board of directors’ dedication to serving its residents has ensured a successful partnership for so many years.”
The 55-and-over community, which sits on 404 acres, features a private 18-hole golf course, a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center and a mix of clubs, activities and recreation, according to a news release. The property is close to retail, beaches and restaurants.
“We have proudly served as the property management partner of Greenbriar Woodlands for over 16 years, working closely with the board of directors,” said Ted Gammon, vice president, lifestyle division of FirstService Residential. “Our team’s strong relationship with the community and our proven record of communication and transparency are just a few of the reasons why the board, has not only renewed its contract with FirstService Residential, but also added maintenance and janitorial services.”
