A fish and coral retailer has leased 2,500 square feet at a Route 202 shopping center in Flemington, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
The business, First Choice Aquatics LLC, is relocating to 257 Route 202 from another location in the borough. Its new home is a 20,000-square-foot complex that is also home to Boni Auto Tire, Kick Quest and the Tile Store.
BRC President Steve Bussel and vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented the landlord, 257 Route 202 LLC. First Choice Aquatics was represented in-house.
