An anti-aging and wellness clinic has picked East Rutherford for its first Northeast location after signing a nearly 3,600-square-foot lease with Urban Edge Properties.
According to the landlord, Relive Health will open early next year at Rutherford Commons at 150 Route 17 North. Operated by Empire Portfolio Group, the company behind more than 144 Orangetheory Fitness studios, including 14 in New Jersey, the concept will occupy 3,579 square feet and brings the complex to fully leased.
Jamie Sackeim of The Shopping Center Group represented Relive Health.
“Adding Relive Health to this center is a terrific complement to our fitness, dining and essential retail offerings,” said Justin Lustig, vice president of leasing for Urban Edge Properties. “With this deal, our partnership with Empire Portfolio Group continues to grow, benefitting the communities we serve by offering high-quality, in-demand services.”
Founded in 2017, Relive Health provides anti-aging and wellness services that include hormone optimization, medical aesthetics, vitamin therapy and regenerative medicine, according to a news release. The company currently operates 11 health centers across five states with plans for more than 100 locations across the U.S.
Its new home in East Rutherford will be in a 196,487-square-foot complex anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement with newly a expanded parking lot. Relive Health also joins Orangetheory, Starbucks, Massage Envy and other tenants at the property.
