Fisher Development Associates is set to open a second waterfront apartment tower in Jersey City, delivering another 452 homes to the growing Liberty Harbor neighborhood.

The builder said leasing at the 45-story high-rise will open in April, offering luxury units with floor-to-ceiling windows and 50,000 square feet of amenity space. Located at 1 Park View Ave., the building has risen alongside a sister tower that opened nearly four years ago, helping to lure residents to an area just north of Liberty State Park.

The Bozzuto Group is leading the leasing effort.

“From homes and amenities to location and views, The Vantage Collection has distinguished itself as the signature apartment high-rise in Hudson County,” Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates, said in a prepared statement. “We’re thrilled to deliver this premier new building to a renting public that’s already shown great appetite for its oversized, well-appointed layouts, hotel-level amenities and services and uninterrupted views considered some of the world’s best.”

Based in Manhattan, Fisher tapped S9 Architecture to design the collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities in the second building will include a 45th-floor sky lounge, a high-end fitness center, a yoga studio and a children’s playroom, among others, along with a sixth-floor pool deck and terrace shared with the first tower.

The new tower, which is adjacent to the Morris Canal, will also come with 6,300 square feet of new ground-floor retail space.

Residents of the buildings have views of the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor and Liberty State Park, along with quick access to PATH and ferry service and the adjacent Paulus Hook and Van Vorst neighborhoods.
