A fast casual restaurant chain has signed a long-term lease at a Cherry Hill shopping center, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
The operator, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at 1871 Route 70 East. It joins several other service and food tenants at what’s known as Heritage Square Shopping Center, which is minutes from Interstate 295 and routes 70 and 73.
Vantage Commercial President and Chief Executive Leor Hemo and Emily Stein, the firm’s director of health care services, worked closely with landlord William Nazarian of Everest Realty Co. to secure the long-term lease.
“The centralized location of Heritage Square Shopping Center allows for the perfect location for Panchero’s Mexican Grill,” Stein said. “We know that Panchero’s will be a welcome addition to the center as well as the surrounding community.”
Vantage Commercial has brokered more than 7,000 square feet of leasing activity at Heritage Square over the past year, the firm said.
