A fitness user has leased more than 3,000 square feet of newly built commercial space in Bedminster, in a transaction arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The tenant, Bolt Bedminster LLC, will occupy the entire building at 75 Washington Valley Road for a concept focused on delivering high-intensity, instructor-led strength and conditioning workouts in a modern, community-oriented environment, according to a news release. In the process, it joins the well-established Somerset Hills Shopping Center off Route 202/206 and Interstate 287, where it will open alongside a strong mix of retail, dining and service-oriented businesses that generate consistent customer traffic.
Tim Deluccia and Bill Gazi of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the landlord in the five-year, 3,010-square-foot transaction. The firm’s Kayla Yalango represented Bolt Bedminster LLC, which emphasizes efficient, results-driven training programs designed to accommodate members of all fitness levels.
The team added that Somerset Hills Shopping Center Inc. continues to invest in the property through strategic improvements and new construction designed to enhance the tenant mix and meet the evolving needs of the local marketplace.
“This transaction demonstrates the continued demand for newly constructed, high-quality retail and office space in well-positioned neighborhood shopping centers,” said Tim Deluccia, “We’re pleased to have assisted both ownership and the tenant in completing a lease that will further enhance the Somerset Hills Shopping Center and contribute to the continued growth of the Bedminster business community.”
