The owner of a Freehold business park has completed more than 21,000 square feet in leasing with the signing of five new transactions, brokers with Sheldon Gross Realty announced.
The companies that inked leases at Fairfield Corporate Park, a 165,000-square-foot complex at 920-922 Route 33, include:
- Declarations Inc. (7,425 square feet)
- 1-800 Junk (3,600 square feet)
- Utiliquest LLC (3,600 square feet)
- Garcia Sequeira LLC (3,209 square feet)
- Stylecare Salon Services LLC (3,209 square feet)
The Sheldon Gross Realty team of Glenn Jaffe, Jonathan Glick and Matthew Leonelli managed the transactions, touting the park’s location near the Freehold-Howell border in central Monmouth County. The property is also 10 minutes from routes 9 and 18 and a short drive from Route 34 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
