A manufacturer has passed on its 88,000-square-foot building in Piscataway to another industrial user, following a sale brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
The real estate services firm said it represented S.S. White Technologies Inc., a maker of aerospace parts, in the sale of 151 Old New Brunswick Road to CRR LLC, or National Manufacturing Co. Terms were not disclosed.
Jason Barton of C&W’s Iselin office led the assignment with Chuck Fern, Tom Tucci and Stephen Shoemaker. The brokerage team also procured the buyer of the 7.2-acre property.
Barton said the deal was enhanced by Piscataway’s growing industrial submarket, which offers easy access to Interstate 287 and is close to Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
