NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated a new 12,920-square-foot industrial lease in Sparta.
According to the firm, Organic Gemini is taking the space at 6 Aaron Way, a 27,000-square-foot building within the White Lake Commerce Park. The tenant plans to leverage the building’s features, size and proximity to its target clientele to create a warehouse and distribution depot for its food products.
NAI Hanson’s John Schilp represented both the landlord, 6 Aaron Way LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.
“The strong leasing activity at White Lake Commerce Park illustrates the continued emergence of the Sparta industrial market,” Schilp said. “Within this market, brand new, state-of-the-art properties such as 6 Aaron Way, continue to stand out and will be key in attracting high-quality tenants to build upon the market’s momentum in the months to come.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson said 6 Aaron Way has 24-foot clear ceilings, no columns, nine 14-foot drive-in doors, a two-tailgate loading dock. It has easy access to routes 15, 206 and Interstate 80.
In 2019, Schilp negotiated the sale of the 12 lots that comprise White Lake Commerce Park. Schilp has played a role in attracting owner-occupied and spec buildings ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 square feet.
