Pfister Energy has hired a 15-year solar industry veteran as a senior vice president for project origination.
In his new role with the Hawthorne-based renewable energy firm, Thomas Loredo focuses on business development and project origination for a team whose services include commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar installations. He comes to the company with more than 35 years in real estate development, general contracting and the solar industry.
“Tom’s solar experience is geared towards assisting clients in generating additional income and tax benefits, utilizing their real estate assets,” according to his bio. “Having worked with private real estate companies and REITs, he is always delivering towards increasing a client’s bottom-line performance.”
Pfister’s installations include solar rooftops, solar carports and canopies, ground-mount systems, and energy storage.
