Fox Rothschild LLP has announced a new hire in its New Jersey real estate practice.
Kimberly Bennett has joined the firm as an associate based in its Princeton office. She represents buyers, sellers and developers in a range of real estate matters, while also representing municipal planning and zoning boards and obtaining land development approvals for commercial developers and homeowners.
She was previously an associate at King, Kitrick, Jackson & McWeeney LLC in Brick.
In addition to her land use work, Bennett assists with commercial real estate contracts, agreements and corporate asset sale, Fox Rothschild said in a news release. She also handles commercial litigation in connection to real estate title disputes and construction contracts, among other matters.
Bennett earned her law degree from Pace University School of Law. She previously clerked for the Superior Court Judge Mark A. Troncone, sitting in Toms River.
