The Garibaldi Group has made another addition to its team, hiring a veteran New Jersey broker to specialize in office and industrial transactions.
The firm announced that Brian Cass has joined the brokerage services group based in its Chatham headquarters. He comes to Garibaldi with more than 20 years of experience, which includes positions at Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and The Blau & Berg Co.
“The Garibaldi name has always carried significant weight in the marketplace due to decades of highly professional execution, deep relationships and a sterling reputation,” Cass said. “Joining the team here and being part of that legacy moving forward is both humbling and inspiring.”
Cass, who specializes in office and industrial tenant and landlord representation, started his career in 1997 at Blau & Berg, focusing on warehouse properties. He was also a member of JLL’s first New Jersey office, where he spent seven years as a vice president.
“Brian has proven to be an immediate shot in the arm since joining us at Garibaldi at the beginning of the year,” said Jeff Garibaldi Sr., the firm’s president. “His experience and industry know-how is invaluable, and his natural attention to detail and focus has brought great balance to our Chatham office.”
Prior to joining The Garibaldi Group, Cass was a director for Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford. He has worked with clients such as Cisco Systems, Verizon, Wyndham Destinations, Travelers Insurance and others.
Cass is the third addition to the firm’s brokerage services team in the last year.
