The Garibaldi Group has continued its effort to bolster its sales team, announcing the addition of a new broker support analyst.

The Chatham-based firm announced that Lindsey Florio has joined its ranks in a full-time role with the Bell Works leasing team. The recent Monmouth University graduate previously held a paid summer internship with the company, in which she provided support for the same group of brokers, before continuing in a supporting role throughout her fall and spring semesters.
Florio also recently earned her New Jersey Salesperson License.
“Lindsey has made an impressive and immediate impact from day one of being here,” said Tara Keating, a vice president with The Garibaldi Group. “As her tenure progressed, it was never a question of whether or not we would retain her but in what role and capacity.
“She has proven herself to have a great knowledge of the industry, with a quick ability to learn and excel on the analytical side of the business, which we feel is a great starting point for her to further her exposure and experience.”
Florio graduated from Monmouth’s Kislak Real Estate Institute, earning a bachelor’s in business administration with concentrations in finance and real estate, according to a news release. She was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Society, as well as the Real Estate Club and Finance Club.
Florio was also a member of the competition team that won NAIOP New Jersey’s 2018 Case Competition, the news release said. She was then part of the team that participated in the CoreNet Hong Kong 2018 Competition as well as the Expand Your Empire 2019 Real Estate Competition in Toronto.
“Considering her age and level of experience, Lindsey has one of the more impressive resumes I have come across and a work ethic to match,” Garibaldi Group CEO Jim Garibaldi said. “As we reviewed the work she did after each phase of her tenure with us, we saw a consistent pattern of excellence when it came to executing assignments and absorbing new information. We are thrilled to be her home for the coming years and to have the opportunity to watch her growth as a real estate professional.”
Florio represents the third hire in as many months by the firm, which has sought to bolster its sales team and reposition the business for the future.
