For example, led by Directors Jennifer Phillips Smith and Paul St. Onge, Gibbons represents the Master Redeveloper in all aspects of the $2.5 billion Riverton redevelopment project. When complete, Riverton will transform an industrial brownfield into a vibrant community of retail, restaurants, offices, hotels, parks, marina and 2,000 residential units, including 300 affordable housing units, located on 400+ acres on the Raritan River in Sayreville.
