Enterprise Rent A Car is slated to open a new refurbishment facility in Wayne after agreeing to lease 14,000 square feet, brokers with The Goldstein Group said Monday.
The car rental company agreed to the lease at 2455 Hamburg Turnpike, the former site of a KIA dealership, the brokerage said. Located at the intersection of Route 202, the property will serve as a regional refurbishment center for used car sales.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter represented both parties.
