A nearly 8,000-square-foot retail building in Midland Park has changed hands, under a newly announced transaction by The Goldstein Group.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the sale of 1 Godwin Ave., which formerly housed a security consulting and investigative agency. Sitting on one acre, the 7,800-square-foot property is surrounded by major retailers such as Kings Supermarket, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and others.
The Goldstein Group Vice President CJ Huter, Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Principal Neil Goldstein completed the transaction, identifying the seller and buyer as FR 08 LLC and 1 Godwin Avenue LLC, respectively. Terms were not disclosed.
