PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We have recently completed over 2 Million SF of the Logan North Industrial Park, located in Logan, New Jersey. Logan North is a 3.2 million-square foot multibuilding, Class A warehouse development, located within the 28 MSF Gloucester/Salem County submarket, one of the most active in the state, at the geographical center of the Washington D.C. – New York City Corridor; approx. 25 miles from Philadelphia.
Currently 75% of the park is completed and fully leased. Phase 3 of construction will be completed Q3 of 2023, completing buildings B and C/D, 749,200 SF. Tenants occupying Logan North include Target, Lineage Logistics, SEKO Logistics and Lasership.
Logan’s continued momentum speaks to the facility’s cutting-edge design as well as its attractive location in the southern New Jersey market. We believe this will continue and look forward to Logan North serving as an economic driver in the region, drawing more commerce, businesses and jobs to New Jersey.
