A discount supermarket chain has leased nearly 19,000 square feet at a Gloucester County retail property, according to a team with Equity Retail Brokers.
In a news release, the leasing team said Grocery Outlet is now open at the Gibbstown Shopping Center in the Gibbstown section of Greenwich Township. It joins tenants such as Dollar Tree, Advance Auto Parts, Domino’s Pizza and H&R Block, benefiting from a location just off Route 130 and Interstate 295 and one that serves the Gibbstown and Paulsboro area.
Equity Retail Brokers’ Keith Seymour and George Wisnoski represented the landlord in the 18,978-square-foot deal.
