Larken Associates has all but completed a new 120-unit multifamily property in Warren County, just off Interstate 78 and less than a mile from the Pennsylvania border.
The Branchburg-based firm announced Monday that preleasing was underway at the complex, Monte View at Pohatcong, which comprises three multistory, garden-style buildings and a clubhouse at 1001 Monte View Drive. It expects to welcome its first residents in November.

In a news release, Larken said homes at the nine-acre site will have upscale design, finishes and appliances, while some units will have a den that could serve as a home office. The clubhouse will have a lounge, a game room, coworking space and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fitness center and outdoor amenities such as a heated pool with a tanning ledge, seating and grilling areas and a bark park.
Monte View at Pohatcong will be among the latest additions to Larken’s growing residential portfolio, which spans some 2,500 owned and managed units across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
