A physical therapy practice is set to expand after leasing more than 6,000 square feet of office space in Cherry Hill, brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate said Friday.
The firm announced that it represented DiMenna 496 LLC, the landlord at 496 North Kings Hwy., in the 6,104-square-foot lease with 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy. The practice will be among the newest tenants at the 23,000-square-foot, two-story office building, which serves medical and professional users.
Based in Medford, 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy has satellite offices in West Berlin, Westmont and Tabernacle in addition to its Medford headquarters.
