A regional Habitat for Humanity chapter has leased nearly 12,000 square feet of industrial space in Atlantic County, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage team said 200 West Parkway Drive in Egg Harbor will serve as a replenishment center for the organization’s affiliate in Burlington and Mercer counties. The 11,562-square-foot facility will support and supply Habitat’s ReStore outlets in Hamilton and Maple Shade, as well as supplying its builds across the territory that the organization covers.
“This is a great opportunity for Habitat to be able to continue to serve the community on a larger platform, and we are happy to be involved in something so beneficial,” said Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage Commercial, who brokered the deal alongside Executive Director Ken Richardson.
The Egg Harbor space is the third that Vantage Commercial has sourced on behalf of the Burlington and Mercer chapter, following the ReStore location in Hamilton in 2020 and an office space for its leadership team in Marlton earlier this year. Located on Parkway Drive, minutes from Atlantic City International Airport, the site provides easy access to the Atlantic City Expressway, the Garden State Parkway, routes 40 and 9 and the White Horse Pike.
