Lee & Associates New Jersey has negotiated the sale of a 21,725-square-foot warehouse and flex building in Hanover for $3.425 million.
A team led by Principal Jason Lynch and Senior Vice President Peter Rasmusson represented the seller, Twenty-Six Eastmans Road LLC, in the deal at 26 Eastmans Road. David Knapel, vice president of Team Resources, represented the buyer, Farrell Contracting Solutions LLC.
“We are thrilled to announce the completion of this transaction,” Rasmusson said. “The fully air-conditioned warehouse is located on more than two acres and includes an additional mezzanine storage area. Additionally, the building will offer the tenant multiple uses and options as a flex building.”
The property is near Interstate 287 and routes 10 and 46, with convenient access to the Mountain Lakes and Morris Plains commuter rail stations.
