A hair products company is expanding into nearly 60,000 square feet of industrial space in Moonachie, in a newly completed lease by Team Resources Inc.
The tenant, HairZone, is taking 58,896 square feet at 30 Congress Drive under the transaction with an undisclosed landlord. Its new home provides it with a location about two miles south of Route 46 and quick access to other highways, along with 4,500 square feet of office space, three interior and two exterior tailboard doors, high ceilings and parking for 65 cars.
Team Resources’ Joseph Manganaro and Alex Rosenberg represented both the landlord and the tenant, a longtime client and an international manufacturer of hair products.
“This location allows Hair Zone to expand locally,” Manganaro said.
